Setting up a PC600 Time Clock
The setup of a PC600 is a two-step process. First you must add the PC600 time clock into PayClock Online. Secondly you would finish the setup at the PC600 time clock itself. Important Note: Record the serial number from the time clock. You will need this in order to add the PC600 to PayClock Online.
Step 1 - Add the PC600 time clock to PayClock Online.
- Select Clocks from the navigation list.
- From the slide out menu select Manage Clocks.
- Select the + New button.
- Select PC600 and choose + Select.
- Enter the serial number from the time clock in the Serial Number field.
- Enter an identifier for the time clock in the Device Nickname field.
- Select Save.
Step 2 - Set up the PC600 and connect to PayClock Online.
- Connect the network cable and power supply to the PC600 time clock.
- Plug in the power supply to an outlet and allow the time clock to boot up.
- Tap the Admin button.
- Tap in the PIN for the Admin and press enter. Please Note: By default the Admin PIN is 99999.
- Tap Network Setup.
- Tap Define Host.
- Tap Hosted.
- Tap Yes.
- Tap Connect.
- The time clock will connect to PayClock Online to download settings and employees. Once complete it will go back to the home screen.
